“I’ve Been Wrong All These Years” Writes Man After Realizing Just How Wrong He Was RE: Garden Gnomes

I, like so many other people in this world, have been wrong about garden gnomes. My whole life I’ve viewed them as creepy little statues that may or not be alive and who’s presence can only mean something bad will happen. Over the years I’ve read countless stories of these so-called “gnomes” invading people’s homes, terrorizing their owners, and even eating them alive.

But after reading the recent article in the Newport Daily Reader titled “I’m a Gnome Loather Now”, it has made me rethink my whole stance on these fantasy creatures. This gnome-loving woman makes so many good points about how these little guys aren’t so bad and are actually pretty nice to have around.

I myself was curious about this whole gnome thing, so I headed down to the local garden store to see if they would be willing to share any stories with me about their experiences with them. The manager of the store told me that she had never personally had good experience with these gnomes and that she even has a few of them at her own house. She told me they’re not as bad as people make them out to be, but she also said that most of the stories you hear about aren’t true either.

At this point I was still very skeptical about these gnomes, but my curiosity had gotten the best of me. I decided to do some more research on these creatures and found out that they are actually living beings just like any of us! They were once humans, but every few decades they grow tired of our world and want to go somewhere where they can hide in peace. This is why you see them hidden in the woods or sometimes even in people’s gardens.

This realization hit me like a ton of bricks and I just want to say thank you to the woman who wrote that article for helping me see the truth about these little guys! Maybe now everyone else will realize that they aren’t so bad after all. Just remember that we should all treat them with respect as living beings, no matter how much they look like decorations.
